Terminations and modifications of contracts

To do this, you must notify REPONSE STUDIO by sending it by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, a standard withdrawal form which is attached to the contract or an unambiguous declaration expressing your desire to withdraw within a period of minimum termination is 3 months.

Cancellations and changes to your reservations

In case you are a band or artist, you will be able to modify, cancel or correct your studio sessions 48 hours before the time of your studio session. After this time, the session will be fully invoiced with no refund possible. If it is a reservation of more than 4 days, the period before cancellation or correction is at least one week.

Rental of the recording studio

The recording studio can be booked by phone, by email or directly on site. REPONSE STUDIO accepts the following payments: credit card, cash, transfer.

If you are not present at a registration session that you have booked without paying in advance, you will be charged the full amount of your booking. You will also be identified and will have to make a payment in advance for your next sessions.

User Accounts

Each user account is linked to a single group or artist. It is not possible to link an account to several different artists or groups.

If this is the case, the user account manager will be held responsible for any damage that may be committed by all artists or groups using this account.

In case of abuse, the RESPONSE STUDIO retains the right to remove the member's access to the user without any financial compensation but also to remove his access to the server.

Personal information provided during your registration will not be used for commercial purposes. You can always ask us to delete your account.

PAYMENT METHOD ON SITE

In case of on-site payment a fee of 1.5% will be added, on the total amount of the invoice.
